Tasie squeezed Louis’ hand tightly, reassuring him that everything was fine, he seemed a bit nervous. Tasie didn’t comment on his out loud wondering, just gave him a half smile and followed him to the front desk.

Tasie snorted at his bluntness and quickly resumed her composure when the woman answered that she would be more than happy to point them to the correct line. With a wide smile, the woman gestured to a line of about ten people on the opposite side of the large room, it was the farthest booth from where Tasie and Louis were standing. Thanking the lady, the couple walked to the correct booth and stood, waiting. Tasie laced her arms around Louis’ neck, “Love you” she said quietly, giving him another smile. 

After Louis felt Tasie squeeze his hand, he turned his head and met Tasie’s face. Louis smiled nodded. “Thanks, babe.” 

Louis always loved it when he made Tasie smile, he thanked the woman who told them where to wait. Louis and Tasie walked over to the booth. Louis placed his hands on her waist and smiled. He knew that Tasie loved him but, he always loved it when she said so. It made him remember what a lucky guy he was to have her. “I know, Tas. But, you know. I love you more.” Louis smiled and gave Tasie a peck on the cheek.
